At Abigail Ahern, we want you to be completely enamored with your new interiors; however, if a piece isn't quite right for your home, you can return it to us within 28 days of receipt.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Repack with Care

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all delicate botanicals or ceramics are securely padded to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Dispatch

  Print your generated return label, attach it to the outside of the parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
